Anchor Community Physiotherapy provides personalised mobile physiotherapy for older adults across Sydney's South Eastern suburbs. With over six years of community physiotherapy experience, James helps older adults improve their strength, balance, mobility and confidence in the comfort of their own homes.

Our goal is to help older people maintain their independence, stay active and continue living safely in their own homes for as long as possible.

Home visits are available for private clients and eligible Support at Home participants. Services include falls prevention, rehabilitation after hospital discharge, balance and mobility training, and individualised treatment tailored to each person's goals and abilities.

Home visits are available in Glebe, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Alexandria, Surry Hills, Redfern, Waterloo, Mascot, Zetland and surrounding areas.
